How to use
We recommend taking 1 tablet in the evening, just before bedtime. In case of jet lag it is recommended to take a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination, just before bedtime.
Melt the tablet under the tongue. The sublingual administration does not require water and, for this reason, the intake is easy for those who have difficulty in swallowing the tablets and practical for those who are away from home.
