How to use

Psyllogel Fibra can be diluted in a glass of water (about 200 ml), or added to yoghurt, fruit juices, juices or homogenized fruit. After mixing, drink the contents immediately. The formation of gel is a sign of the excellent qualities of the product: the gel, in fact, thanks to its viscosity, hydrates and makes the intestinal contents soft and smooth.
Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medication.
