Indications
Helps to regain balance and regularity, without irritating the intestine.
Constant intake allows you to easily increase the amount of fiber in your daily diet and promote progressive intestinal regularity.

Dosage and method of use
- With water: pour the contents of a sachet or measuring cup into a drinking glass (200 ml), fill with still still water, mix well (for a few seconds) and drink immediately. Any increase in consistency of the preparation (gel formation) is a characteristic of the excellent qualities of Psyllogel®fibra; if necessary, adjust the consistency of the preparation by further increasing the quantity of water.
- With other foods (yogurt, milk, milkshakes, juice, fruit juice, smoothies, homogenized fruit, semolina): add the powder to the food and mix well, then drink a glass of water.
Normally it is taken from 1 to 3-4 doses (sachet or measuring cup) per day, at any time of the day.

Characteristics
99% pure psyllium fiber, the fiber that forms a gel with the right amount of water.
The psyllium fiber is prebiotic because it is able to favor the development of a bacterial flora useful for the organism and contributes to the preservation of the intestinal mucosa integrity.
Psyllium fiber modulates the absorption of sugars (carbohydrates), reduces the blood levels of cholesterol and triglycerides thanks to its gelling capacity and viscosity, and can be useful in the nutrition of people with glucose and / or lipid metabolism (diabetes, high cholesterol, overweight, etc.).
Gluten-free, sugar-free, preservative-free and laxative-free.
Available in flavors: blood oranges, cocoa, lemon tea, strawberry and vanilla.

Warnings
Take the product two hours before or two hours after taking the drugs.
