Who should make them?

NatrixLab Hormonal Profiles are of different types, designed for certain categories of patients:

Basic slimming profile: aimed at those who want to lose weight and, despite eating little, cannot lose weight.
Parameters tested: insulin, cortisol, DHEA, leptin, TSH, testosterone, progesterone, estradiol.
Stress profile: aimed at those who lead frenetic rhythms, improper or unregulated lifestyles, those suffering from anxiety crises, those with skin aging.
Parameters tested: cortisol, DHEA.
Sport-basic profile: aimed at those who practice sport at an amateur, professional or competitive level, in particular to avoid incurring or monitoring an overtraining phase.
Parameters tested: cortisol and basal testosterone, after 30 and 150 minutes of training, DHEA.
Fertile woman profile: recommended in case of PMS, decreased desire, appearance of hair in typically male areas, irritability, depression.
Parameters tested: estradiol and progesterone in the follicular, ovulatory and luteal phase, testosterone.
Menopausal woman profile: recommended in case of hot flashes, sudden sweats, sleep disturbances, weight gain, increased blood pressure, changes in voice tone, decreased desire, appearance of hair in typically male areas, irritability, depression.
Parameters tested: estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, androstenedione.
Male profile: recommended for weight gains, decreased desire, sudden sweats, increased blood pressure, depression, fatigue, anxiety and irritability.
Parameters tested: estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, androstenedione.
Goodnight profile: recommended in case of difficulty falling asleep, insomnia, strong psycho-physical stress, anxiety, depression, and for those with memory problems.
Parameters tested: cortisol, melatonin, DHEA.

How and where to perform the test?

The test is carried out by analyzing a sample of saliva and blood, and can be requested in analysis laboratories, medical centers and medical spas that offer NatrixLab diagnostic services.
Preparation for the exam: fill the salivary tubes, taking care not to eat, drink or brush your teeth in the two hours prior to the collection of the sample. For sample collection times, and for profiles requiring an 8-hour fast, see the instructions in the collection kit.

… And once the test is done?

A targeted dietary protocol in association with drug therapy, if necessary and if indicated by your specialist doctor, turns out to be an effective treatment to rebalance hormone secretion in order to alleviate or improve related symptoms.
