Borage (Borago Officinalis)

Sadness, discouragement, despondency.

This remedy is useful in cases of discouragement, despondency and heaviness of the heart; at times when the individual feels too much pain, sadness or is experiencing adversity the heart energy center contracts. Borage gives the individual a new sense of relief, courage and lightness. It gives us a new energy and a new source of vitality and optimism. It is an excellent component to be used in many compositions, when the person needs to get up inside.


Indications
Symptoms of imbalance: heart contracted by pain, heaviness of living, sadness, discouragement, despondency.

Balance: lively energies of the heart, optimism, courage, enthusiasm


Doses
Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle with water 3/4 of the volume, and 1/4 of the volume with brandy, which serves as a preservative. Add 2 to 4 drops of each flower essence chosen from the stock bottle. Before taking, shake gently to keep the essences in a more powerful and energized vibrational state. Take four drops under the tongue four times a day. Increase or decrease your intake according to your personal sensitivity to flower essences. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers.


Use with people sensitive to alcohol:
- two to four drops mixed in a large glass of water or fruit juice
- in a 30 ml dropper bottle as indicated above, replacing the brandy with 1/3 or 1/2 of vegetable glycerin, to preserve the dilution
