Ingredients: L-Lysine; Horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) top es tit. min 1% in Silicon; Calcium (Calcium Carbonate tit. 40%); Horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) top dust; Vitamin E (D-Tocopheryl Acetate tit. 50%); Vitamin B5 (Calcium D-Pantothenate); Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride); Zinc (Zinc citrate tit. 31.3%); Iron (Iron Gluconate tit. 11.5%); Biotin (D-Biotin); Folate; Copper (Copper gluconate titrated Cu 14%); Vitamin A (Retinyl Palmitate 500000 IU / gr); Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin); Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol 100000 IU / gr); Capsule (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose); Bulking agent (Corn starch); Anti-caking agent (Magnesium Stearate).

Does not contain: dairy products, lactose, sucrose, wheat, soy, artificial colors, artificial preservatives, artificial flavors.

Recommended dose: 3 capsules a day to complete the main meals. The capsule can be opened and the contents mixed in a little water.
