This essence is indicated in cases where one lives by giving excessively importance to material possession, wealth, fame and youth. Useful in midlife crises when you are afraid of death and the spiritual aspect is still stuck in a life lived too superficially. Chrysanthemum allows us to be in contact with our spiritual essence and to recognize their transitory and evanescent side in our hedonistic desires.

Indications
Symptoms of imbalance: fear of aging and dying, excessive identification with youth, midlife crisis

Balance: shift from identification with the Ego in favor of a higher spiritual identity, a sense of transcendence from hedonistic and transient desires


Doses
Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle with water 3/4 of the volume, and 1/4 of the volume with brandy, which serves as a preservative. Add 2 to 4 drops of each flower essence chosen from the stock bottle. Before taking, shake gently to keep the essences in a more powerful and energized vibrational state. Take four drops under the tongue four times a day. Increase or decrease your intake according to your personal sensitivity to flower essences. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers.

Use with people sensitive to alcohol:
- two to four drops mixed in a large glass of water or fruit juice
- in a 30 ml dropper bottle as indicated above, replacing the brandy with 1/3 or 1/2 of vegetable glycerin, to preserve the dilution
