Floral Essence

Sense of responsibility and overwhelming duty. Tiredness.

This essence is indicated for individuals who have an innate spirit of altruism and who usually hold roles of strong responsibility and who suddenly feel that they are no longer up to their tasks, witness a waver in their feeling of self-esteem and they feel exhausted and overwhelmed by the weight of duty.
Elm makes us understand that we are individuals with their own limits, that we must allow ourselves to rest and satisfy our needs and desires as well.
It gives us calm and serenity to slow down the pace of work and a new renewed inner strength to be up to every situation again.

Recommended doses

To take the essence, it must be diluted as follows:
fill a glass bottle with dropper of 30 ml with water for 3/4 of the volume, and for 1/4 with brandy, which serves as a preservative.
Add 2 drops of each floral essence of your choice, contained in the stock bottle.
Before taking, shake the bottle slightly to keep the essences in a more powerful vibrational state.
Take 4 drops under the tongue, 4 times a day.
Increase or decrease the frequency of intake according to personal sensitivity to flower essences.
