Hair dye

Black henna (which is not really 'henna', as it is extracted from the Indigofera tinctoria plant, not from Lawsonia inermis) is able to color the hair naturally, while at the same time treating the scalp and the root bulbar. The effect is that of a visibly and physiologically healthier, more beautiful, shiny and vital hair. Furthermore, this type of natural dye has astringent and anti-inflammatory properties: it is therefore ideal for those with dandruff and oily hair problems, as it regulates the sebaceous secretion of the scalp.

How to use

Pour a small amount of henna into a terracotta or earthenware bowl (attention, NOT metal) and, with the help of a wooden spoon, form a semi-thick creamy mixture by adding boiling water (or, better, our Aquahenné). Cover abundantly the already washed and damp hair with this mixture; wrap the head with a sheet of aluminum foil and leave on for 20 to 60 minutes (the longer the exposure time, the more evident the final effect will be). Then rinse with running water and, when the water runs clear, shampoo.
