This essence is indicated for those who are unable to implement a healthy process of maturation and who are unable to complete their own identification process, because they remain too subject to the rules of the group and family members. They tend to conform their behavior to social norms, in order to gain the approval of others, and to be exploited by social pressures and conventions. Goldenrod gives greater strength and inner conviction and a deep contact with one's Higher Self. In this way we learn to fully balance the relationship between the I and the Other.


Indications
Symptoms of imbalance: easily influenced by the group or family ties, unable to be honest with oneself, subjected to social pressures or expectations, tends to conform

Balance: well-developed individuality, inner sense of self balanced with group or social consciousness


Doses
Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle with water 3/4 of the volume, and 1/4 of the volume with brandy, which serves as a preservative. Add 2 to 4 drops of each flower essence chosen from the stock bottle. Before taking, shake gently to keep the essences in a more powerful and energized vibrational state. Take four drops under the tongue four times a day. Increase or decrease your intake according to your personal sensitivity to flower essences. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers.


Use with people sensitive to alcohol:
- two to four drops mixed in a large glass of water or fruit juice
- in a 30 ml dropper bottle as indicated above, replacing the brandy with 1/3 or 1/2 of vegetable glycerin, to preserve the dilution
