Essence

Jealousy, Envy, Anger. Isolation. Feeling excluded from love.

Holly is indicated for all cases in which there are feelings of deep jealousy, envy, hatred or joy for the ills of others.
Central feelings of humanity, they represent emotional states typical of the human being of which one should not be ashamed and which are the symptom of strong unconscious needs of which one is not aware. They show what we do not want but would like to have, and therefore allow us to deal adequately with our desires, their origin and to know our interiority more deeply.
In the positive state, thanks to the Holly essence, we find divine love, the feeling of unity with creation and we live in inner harmony with ourselves and with others.

Indications
Symptoms of imbalance: a sense of isolation, lack and emptiness, deep jealousy, suspicion, anger, revenge, hatred, feeling excluded from love, often feeling hurt by others and envious of their successes
Balance: feeling loved and loving others, universal compassion, open heart, deep compassion for human feelings, inner growth and fulfillment.

Recommended doses
To take the essence, it must be diluted as follows:
fill a glass bottle with dropper of 30 ml with water for 3/4 of the volume, and for 1/4 with brandy, which serves as a preservative.
Add 2 drops of each floral essence of your choice, contained in the stock bottle.
Before taking, shake the bottle slightly to keep the essences in a more powerful vibrational state.
Take 4 drops under the tongue, 4 times a day.
Increase or decrease the frequency of intake according to personal sensitivity to flower essences.
Keep away from electromagnetic sources such as computers, cell phones, TVs ...
