This essence helps those who are easily distracted, unable to focus and who do not live long enough in the present. Very useful also during those hours of the day such as the early afternoon when you are easily deconcentrated and with a heavy mind, or in those times of the year such as summer when energy seems to be lacking. Madia brings the individual back to his center of balance and helps to be alert and focused.

Doses
Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle with water 3/4 of the volume, and 1/4 of the volume with brandy, which serves as a preservative. Add 2 to 4 drops of each flower essence chosen from the stock bottle. Before taking, shake gently to keep the essences in a more powerful and energized vibrational state. Take four drops under the tongue four times a day. Increase or decrease your intake according to your personal sensitivity to flower essences. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers .. Use with people sensitive to alcohol: - two to four drops mixed in a large glass of water or fruit juice - in a 30 ml dropper bottle as indicated above, replacing the brandy with 1/3 or 1/2 of vegetable glycerin, to preserve the dilution
