Melatonin supplement in drops, to be taken sublingually. The sublingual absorption of the active ingredient has the advantage of being faster and more complete than the traditional oral intake, given that the assimilation took place directly through the dense network of capillaries that vascularize the mucosa of the lower surface of the tongue and the floor of the mouth. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination, just before bedtime. Lamelatonin at a dose of 1 mg exerts a beneficial effect by contributing to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. It does not contain: gluten, dairy products, lactose, sucrose, wheat, soy, colors, preservatives and artificial flavors. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Ingrediants
Other ingredients: vegetable glycerin; ethyl alcohol; water; aroma.

How to use
Take 1 drop of product under the tongue, just before bedtime. Shake the bottle well before use.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice.

storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and direct heat sources. Close the bottle immediately after use.
