Ingredients: Boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb.) Resin dry extract titrated at 65% in Boswellic Acids; Turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) rhizome dry extract titrated at 95% in curcumin; Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus L.) berries dry extract titrated at 1% in anthocyanosides; Ginger (Zingiber officinalis Rosc.) Rhizome dry extract titrated at 5% in gingerols; Bulking agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose); Anti-caking agent (Magnesium Salt of Fatty Acids); Vegetable capsule (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).

Does not contain: dairy products, lactose, sucrose, wheat, soy, artificial colors, artificial preservatives, artificial flavors.

Recommended dose: 1 capsule twice a day to complete the main meals. The capsule can be opened and the contents mixed in a little water.

Boswellia is also known as Indian frankincense and is largely grown in the arid hills of India. It is found as a standardized rubber tree powder extract, and contains a blend of boswellic acids. The anti-inflammatory properties of this gummy resin have been used by traditional Indian healers for centuries.
