This essence is indicated for those who are afraid of lack, and are therefore unable to truly give and receive. On a deep level these people have had a problem bonding with their mothers, so they try to feel secure by accumulating and guarding their material possessions. These people often feel deeply lonely, unsatisfied and parched. Star Thistle helps their souls feel more complete, and less dependent on external things. Teach them to open up and find their inner nourishment within themselves. It is by opening up and being generous and sharing with the other that the soul is truly filled.

Doses
Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle with water 3/4 of the volume, and 1/4 of the volume with brandy, which serves as a preservative. Add 2 to 4 drops of each flower essence chosen from the stock bottle. Before taking, shake gently to keep the essences in a more powerful and energized vibrational state. Take four drops under the tongue four times a day. Increase or decrease your intake according to your personal sensitivity to flower essences. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers .. Use with people sensitive to alcohol: - two to four drops mixed in a large glass of water or fruit juice - in a 30 ml dropper bottle as indicated above, replacing the brandy with 1/3 or 1/2 of vegetable glycerin, to preserve the dilution
