These exceptional preserves are made only from fresh fruit without any other ingredients. The company located between the Val d'Orcia and the Valdichiana, uses only fresh seasonal fruit processed at the time of harvest. Most of the fruit used comes from fields owned by the company, which grows original and traditional varieties of fruit from the area. These preserves are produced with traditional methods of cooking over direct heat by placing the fruit in large pots. With this production method there is no need to add pectin to the product as, given the slow cooking, our preserves are firm and compact!
