Our magnesium chloride studied to supplement the natural depletion of magnesium caused, mainly, by a not very varied diet and resulting from intensive crops.

Magnesium is an essential mineral that is deficient in over 60% of people (we talk about hypo-magnesia).

Our Magnesium

Many of the magnesium supplements on the market are in citrate form (i.e. composed of magnesium carbonate + citric acid), a formula which, in contact with the gastric juices (hydrochloric acid) of the stomach, transforms into magnesium chloride. This transformation, however, consumes a large part of the amount of magnesium consumed. This means that much larger quantities should be taken.

Since Marine Magnesium (magnesium chloride) is a supplement (i.e. a food) and not a drug, it has an action on the disorders and phenomena caused by its deficiency as long as it continues to be taken. This is why a constant daily intake is recommended.

Why magnesium chloride

Magnesium chloride is an organic salt, therefore more easily assimilated and easier to retain, than inorganic magnesium salts.

Compared to other organic salts such as orotate and gluconate, it has that precious “cytophilactic” action, which protects cells and white blood cells.

Because through this form it is possible to benefit from the antibiotic properties of magnesium.

Magnesium powder, diluted in water, in its chloride form, is the ideal formula due to its bioavailability.
