Ingredients: Folate; Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin); Capsule (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose); Bulking agent (Corn starch, Microcrystalline Cellulose); Anti-caking agent (Magnesium Stearate).

Does not contain: dairy products, lactose, sucrose, wheat, soy, artificial colors, artificial preservatives, artificial flavors.

Recommended dose: 1 capsule per day to complete a main meal. The capsule can be opened and the contents mixed in a little water.
