Description
Food supplement of plant extracts with Lactium (hydrolysed milk proteins), GABA, melatonin, zinc, magnesium oxide, niacin and vitamin B6.
NATURALSON contains passion flower which contributes to mental well-being and together with valerian it promotes relaxation and sleep and is useful in case of stress; niacin and vitamin B6 which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function, melatonin which, taken at a daily dose of 1 mg, just before bedtime, contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep.

Bulking agents: cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose; Lactium (hydrolysed milk proteins), valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) de tit. 0.4% valerenic acids, passion flower (Passiflora incarnata L., flowering aerial part) dry extract tit. 3.5% vitexin, GABA; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; magnesium oxide, zinc gluconate, nicotinamide (niacin), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin.

How to use
Take 1 tablet a day with a glass of water, before going to bed.
