Description

How to use
To alleviate the effects of jet lag, take 2 capsules a day. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination, while to reduce the time required to fall asleep, take 3 capsules per day. day. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
