Foeniculum vulgare Miller (fennel; dry fruit extract titrated at least 0.05% in essential oils); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: dibasic calcium phosphate, magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; D-biotin (vitamin B8).

How to use
1 tablet 2 times a day, preferably after main meals.
If necessary you can take up to 2 tablets 2 times a day.
