How to use

One filter in a cup of boiling water (about 150ml). Leave to infuse for 5/7 minutes with the lid on to avoid the loss of volatile ingredients. Take once a day, preferably away from the main meal. it is preferable not to use chlorinated water. Before removing the sachets, press them lightly with the spoon
