Based on escolzia useful for a physiological sleep, passion flower, hawthorn and lemon balm useful for promoting relaxation and mental well-being.

Naturplus herbal teas are expertly blended to obtain beneficial infusions, using medicinal plants. Once selected, cultivated and harvested, the herbs are dried and sanitized in a natural way. How to use

A filter in a cup of boiling water (approx. 150ml) leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes with the lid on to avoid the loss of volatile ingredients, take before bedtime and possibly in the afternoon. it is preferable not to use chlorinated water. Before removing the sachets, press them lightly with the spoon
