The chestnut, indigenous to the Mediterranean area, is a majestic deciduous tree, with a straight trunk, which can reach a height of 30-35 meters.
Its diffusion in the Alps and the northern Apennines seems to be due to the Romans.
It needs deep, fresh soils, rich in salts, but poor in limestone. It needs warm climates in summer and fears too cold winters that can even make it die.
Its hard and solid wood splits easily for this reason it is used for outdoor use: walking sticks, poles, pegs, rustic furniture, railways, wine barrels, coffins.
Distributed throughout the Italian territory, from 200 meters to a maximum of 1600 meters (on Etna), it is found both in the Alps and in the Apennines.

Water, ethyl alcohol *, stabilizer: vegetable glycerin, Castanea vesca Gaertn. (chestnut) buds * 2%.

How to use

50 drops diluted in water, 2-3 times a day.
