Haritaki, Terminalia chebula, acts favorably on digestive and liver function.

The derivatives from the Haritaki fruit (Terminalia chebula Retz.) Help the purification process and favor the natural elimination of toxic substances already accumulated or in the process of accumulation.

In Ayurvedic Materia Medica, despite its evident nature as a food, it is described as "destroying all diseases and eliminating all waste from the body". A bombastic definition which, however, conveys the idea of the trust placed in Haritaki's properties. There must also be a reason!

Ingredients: eg of myrobalan chebulo (Terminalia chebula Retz.) Fructus; Thickener: corn starch, Anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, talc.

Recommended daily dose: 2 tablets twice a day preferably after meals with water or other warm drink.
