Sterile hypertonic saline solution at 3% at physiological pH, with the addition of hyaluronic acid. It has a decongestant action on the nasal mucous membranes as well as a fluidifying effect on the mucus. It helps the drainage of secretions and is therefore useful for maintaining the cleanliness of the nasal passages; in general it allows you to clear the blocked nose by improving breathing.
The solution is nebulized by the specific device (BOV - Bag-on-Valve- canister with applicator).
It does not contain preservatives; the possibilities of reactions are therefore reduced.
Hyaluronic acid
Makes the product particularly suitable for administration in children. It is a substance naturally produced by our body, which has the task of maintaining the hydration of the tissues; it adheres to the surface of the mucosa and, by retaining water in a physiological way, forms a protective film that relieves the irritated mucosa. It favors the humidification of the nasal cavities and improves the palatability and pleasantness of the hypertonic solution.

How to use
- Remove the protective cap from the top of the can and insert the special dispenser;
- keeping the head bent to one side (never backwards), gently insert the anatomical regulator into the upper nostril; it can in any case be paid in any position;
- press the dispenser for a few seconds to release the product;
- after turning the head to the other side, repeat the operation in the other nostril;
- rinse the dispenser thoroughly under running water before putting it back.

Frequency of use
Infants: 1 application per nostril 1-2 times a day.
Children: 1-3 applications per nostril 2-3 times a day.
Adults: 2-4 applications per nostril 3-4 times a day.
