Based on vitamin D3, magnesium, selenium, hydroxymethylbutyrate (HMB), creatine and fish oil titrated in eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). Vitamin D and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus. Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal protein synthesis, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Gluten free and no artificial sweeteners.

Ingrediants
Fructose, Calcium hydroxymethylbutyrate, Magnesium citrate, Creatine monohydrate, Aromalimone, Fish oil powder titrated at 65% in EPA (fish oil, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), Anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide, Selenomethionine titrated at 0.5% in selenium (selenomethionine, anti-caking agent: dicalcium phosphate), Vitamin D3.

How to use
One sachet, dissolved in a glass of water, twice a day. After pouring the contents of the sachet into the water, mix well to allow all the contents to dissolve.

Warnings
Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach and sight of children under three years of age. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in children or in any case for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light, localized heat sources, sunlight and avoid contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product properly stored, in unopened package.
