Based on iron (Lipofer®), folate (Quatrefolic®), vitamin B12, vitamin B2, lutein and vitamin C.

Iron and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells. Iron contributes to normal hemoglobin formation and normal oxygen transport in the body. Folate contributes to normal hematopoiesis. Vitamin B2 contributes to normal iron metabolism and the maintenance of normal red blood cells. Vitamin C enhances the absorption of iron. Iron, vitamin B12, vitamin B2 and vitamin C contribute to normal energy metabolism. Iron, folate, vitamin B12, vitamin B2 and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Folate contributes to the growth of maternal tissues in pregnancy.

Daily dose and method of use

We recommend taking one swallowable tablet a day with a glass of water, between meals.

Warnings

Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach and sight of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
