Description
Food supplement of functional ingredients useful for counteracting menstrual cycle disorders (chaste tree and ginger), promoting mental well-being and relaxation (chamomile), contributing to physiological energy metabolism, reducing tiredness and fatigue and normal psychological function (vitamin B6 emagnesium), counteract localized states of tension and help digestive function (ginger) and support the regulation of hormonal activity (vitamin B6). The formulation was completed with the addition of hawkweed extract, useful for the drainage of body fluids, and with vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Magnesium (magnesium carbonate); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, dicellulose gel; chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus L., extract from the fruit, tit. 0.5% in agnuside), ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc., extract from the rhizome, tit. 10% in gingerols and shogaols), chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L. , eg of the flower heads: inflorescences, tit. 0.3% inapigenin and apigenin 7 glucoside), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), hawkweed (Pilosella officinarum Vaill., eg of the aerial parts, tit. 1% in flavonoids total); anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Instructions for use
The recommended dose is 2 tablets per day, to be swallowed whole with a glass of water.
