Nutritional information

• Supply of plant extracts: per 100 g and per 1 tablet
• Buckwheat seed powder micronized: 40 g | 240 mg (for 1 tablet)
• Job's tear micronized powder seed: 10 g | 60 mg (for 1 tablet)
• Turmeric rhizome powder: 5 g | 30 mg (for 1 tablet)
• Ginger rhizome micronized powder: 3 g | 18 mg (for 1 tablet)
• Cinnamon bark powder: 2 g | 12 mg (for 1 tablet)

Method of recruitment

It is recommended to take 4 to 6 Nerido® tablets per day.
