Aromatic note : Intense, Delicate, Flowery, slightly citrusy and honeyed (middle note)

Aromacological profile: Calming; relaxing. Useful in case of stress, anxiety, sadness, fear, painful memories, insomnia

Aromacosmetic profile: Dry skin, wrinkles and stretch marks.

Undesirable effects: for external use there are no undesirable effects

Contraindications: Pregnant Women and Children (in case of internal use)

Dosages: from 1 to 3% in carrier vegetable oil

Recommendations for use

For environments

Lamp-diffuser: add 5-10 drops of oe to the bowl full of water

Aromatic stone: add 5-10 drops of oe to the stone

Pout-pourri: add 10 drops on dried flowers

Evaporation: add a few drops on a handkerchief or in the radiator tray

For topical use and massage

Bath: 4 to 6 drops on dead sea salt and then place in hot water

Bath / Shower: from 1 to 3% of drops diluted in Fitomedical Dispersing Bubble Bath

Massages: from 1 to 3% in carrier vegetable oil

Warnings

Essential oils are concentrated products and it is advisable not to use them pure but always diluted.

Store the product in the dark and tightly closed.
