Peptamen Vanilla flavor is a specific food created by Nestlé Health Science for the oral nutrition of patients with problems related to the absorption of nutrients.
It is a product with a balanced and complete nutritional profile, isoproteic and isocaloric. Its high digestibility is guaranteed by its protein composition, consisting exclusively of partially hydrolyzed whey proteins in small peptides, Peptamen flavor Vanilla is gluten-free and has a minimal amount of lactose, which is clinically irrelevant.

It is indicated to effectively support the nutrition of patients with malabsorption, diarrhea, pancreatic or intestinal insufficiency, cystic fibrosis, intestinal inflammation caused by radiotherapy or chemotherapy, as well as in cases of post-operative food recovery and weaning from parenteral nutrition. Furthermore, Peptament Vanilla flavor can be given to children over 3 years of age.

Packaged in practical 200 ml bottles, equipped with a resealable screw cap, Peptamen Vanilla flavor provides 200 kcal, 8 g of protein, 25 g of carbohydrates and 7.5 g of fat per serving. It can be used both as a single nutritional source (6-8 bottles per day, according to medical indications) or as a supplement to the regular diet (1-3 packs per day).
Its pleasant vanilla flavor makes it easy to administer even to patients with no appetite and can be flavored with coffee, fruit pulp or cocoa.
