It is indicated for people with problems with swallowing liquids (dysphagia). It does not change the taste or color of food and drinks. It thickens quickly and does not change the consistency over time. It is gluten free. Neutral taste
To obtain a consistency of:
- syrup: 1 tablespoon every 100 ml of liquid
- cream: 1.5-2 tablespoons per 100 ml of liquid
- pudding: 2.5-3 tablespoons per 100 ml of liquid
It can be used from 3 years onwards.
