NEUROSAME® is a food supplement consisting of a pool of substances useful for promoting normal mood, relaxation and mental well-being . The formula, particularly designed to make the most of the contained principles, consists of: plant extracts (Rhodiola rosea, Griffonia simplicifolia, Withania somnifera), S-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAMe, donor of methyl groups involved in the synthesis of neurotransmitters) , betaine and amino acids such as: tyrosine (precursor of dopamine), tryptophan (precursor of serotonin) and taurine. The formula is completed by vitamins E, B1, B6, niacin and folic acid.

Reference for physiological effects:

• Rhodiola rosea (Rhodiola rosea L.): normal mood; tonic (physical, mental fatigue); tonic-adaptogen.
• Griffonia simplicifolia (Griffonia simplicifolia [DC.] Baill.): Normal mood; relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being.
• Withania somnifera (Withania somnifera [L.] Dunal): relaxation and mental well-being; tonic (physical, mental fatigue); tonic-adaptogen.
• Niacin: contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.
• Vitamin B6: contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.
• Vitamin B1: contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.
• Folic acid: contributes to normal psychological function and to the normal synthesis of amino acids.

Recommended dose

1 tablet per day.
