Characteristics
L-AcetylCarnitine-ALCAR: is the most stable and most bioavailable acetylated form of L-Carnitine, present in the nerves, brain, heart and liver.
Vitamins: Vitamins B1 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, in particular Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Selenium: is an essential mineral that helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet a day, dissolved in a glass of water, preferably on an empty stomach.
