Blue Berry ™ Eye Stress Tablets are ideal for those who frequently use computers and digital devices. The tablets are based on natural extracts of Nordic low-bush bilberry, sea buckthorn berries in combination with French maritime pine bark, extracts of eyebright flowers and lutein extracted from calendula. They also contain a combination of natural astaxanthin, zeaxanthin and fucoxanthin extracts, plus vitamin A, niacin, zinc and copper. Vitamin A and zinc contribute to normal vision.
EYE FATIGUE
Continuous and prolonged use of the computer, telephone and television can have negative effects on sight. Common symptoms of stressed eyes are dryness, watery eyes, and fatigue. When we look at a screen, the blinking speed drops significantly.
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
Take 2 tablets a day with a glass of water. Food supplements are intended as a complement to a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended doses.
