Ingredients for 1 bag

Creatine citrate (Creapure Citrate) 4.65 g; contribution in Creatine 3.00g
Other ingredients: fructose; dextrose; acidity correctors (sodium bicarbonate and citric acid); maltodextrin; flavorings; sweetener (aspartame).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet a day for at least 10 days, dissolving its contents in 100-120 ml of water.
