Dietary supplement of branched chain amino acids, useful for those who practice intense sports activity, as they stimulate muscle growth, improve recovery, power and muscle tone. They act as energetic substances during effort (glucogenetic action), increase physical resistance to the same and accelerate recovery. In particular, they are particularly useful substances for improving performance during intense and prolonged sports activities, which develop over an hour and a half. Furthermore, as they compete with the amino acid tryptophan precursor of serotonin, a substance with an inhibitory action in the nervous system, they help to ensure lucidity and optimal activity of the nervous system itself. Not being metabolised directly by the liver, but in the muscle, they can be taken without precautions in a medium recommended dosage of 1 g / 10 kg of weight.
Branched chain amino acids are also an excellent supplement to promote muscle recovery after trauma, surgery, during rehabilitation.

Ingrediants

How to use
Take 5 tablets a day.
