Food supplement with Neuramine SAD, ALC Neuroplex and Anaxyl D3.
Neuramine SAD, which contains L-tryptophan and L-phenylalanine (essential amino acids) and vitamins B3, B6, B12 and magnesium which contribute to normal psychological function and normal functioning of the nervous system; ALC Neuroplex, which combines acetyl-L-carnitine with rhodiola which has a tonic effect (physical, mental fatigue) and contributes to normal mood, with Siberian ginseng which promotes memory and normal cognitive functions and with bacopa; Anaxyl D3, with evalerian hawthorn extracts; the latter promotes relaxation (sleep; in case of stress).
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

How to use
In the first 10 days, take 2 capsules in the morning and in the evening, then only 2 capsules in the morning.
