POPPY OF CALIFORNIA

Eschscholtzia Californica (California poppy) contains alkaloids that act directly on the central nervous system, and are able to induce sleep and exercise anxiolytic, sedative and spasmolytic activities. Its use regulates the secretion of melatonin, thus treating sleep disturbances.

MELATONIN

Melatonin, the sleep hormone, is a molecule derived from Tryptophan, a very important amino acid in the regulation of sleep. In fact, Melatonin is able to activate enzymes capable of regulating the sleep-wake rhythm, thus solving problems related to sleep disorders and jet lag. The intake of 1mg of Melatonin is able to reduce the times of falling asleep.

POPPY OF CALIFORNIA

ESSENTIAL OIL OF LAVENDER

Lavender Officinalis is a Mediterranean plant used for various healing purposes: among these, the treatment of anxiety, insomnia and nervousness, especially if in the form of essential oil, which manages to mix properly with other active ingredients. Its use therefore promotes restful sleep, favored by nighttime relaxation.

METHOD OF USE

1 capsule per day, about an hour before bedtime. Swallow the capsule whole, possibly with the help of a glass of water.
Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose. Valdispert Night 4in1 can be used regularly for extended periods of time.
