Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble compound. It acts as an antioxidant in numerous metabolic reactions through direct participation in oxidoreductive processes.
Vitamin C is also involved in the body's defense against free radicals and in strengthening the immune system and promotes the healing of wounds, improving the absorption of minerals, in particular iron, making them bioavailable. It acts directly on connective tissues, teeth and bones for their growth. Once vitamin C has been taken, any excess is eliminated via the kidneys, in the form of oxalic acid

Instructions for use
1 sachet in ½ glass of water, once a day at any time of the day. Mix using a plastic or wooden stirrer (no metal spoon).
