Nilorosso® Nile Red Drink Vegetal Progress Relaxing Digestive Infusion

Tea made from the finest flowers of Hibiscus sabdariffa, which grow in the central Nile, 100% organically grown.

Nilorosso®, rich in mucilages and polyphenols, in particular anthocyanins, is used to prepare relaxing and digestive drinks, very pleasant and slightly acidic. The herbal tea obtained from Nilorosso® is naturally colored a ruby red and is pleasant and refreshing in every season. In the English Antilles this tea is called "Rosella drink" and in other places "Karkadè" and "Sudan tea". It is known and used in much of the world.

Karkadè is renowned for its antioxidant properties and for its adjuvant effects on diuresis, the functionality of the urinary tract and homeostasis of blood pressure. Furthermore, traditionally, Karkadè is used to promote the regularity of intestinal transit.

Method of preparation

For the preparation it is recommended to use 1 tablespoon of Nilorosso® flowers per cup of water, boil for a few minutes and let it infuse until the drink takes on a marked ruby red color. Sweeten according to personal taste.
