How to use
The seeds cook in just 4 minutes: they can be served in broth, pouring 2 spoons into 200/250 ml of boiling broth, or dry, by cooking 2 spoons of the product in 500 ml of boiling water, draining them at the end of cooking; then add the other ingredients for a tasty porridge.
