Noctaval Biomedia Food Supplement

Noctaval is a food supplement based on Valerian dry extract, titrated at 0.8%. Useful in case of slight nervous tension and temporary difficulty in falling asleep.

COMPOSITION

The presence of vanilla makes NOCTAVAL very pleasant and with a good palatability. The presence of Sorbitol as a sweetener makes the product also suitable for diabetics. Sorbitol is a sugar that is not absorbed and has a light laxative action; but the dosage present in NOCTAVAL is very low.

How to use

The recommended dose is 2 ml twice a day or 4 ml before going to bed.

CLINICAL STUDIES
Overall, the clinical results emerging from the literature show that Valerian root dry extract:

• Reduces the number of nocturnal awakenings
• Reduces sleep latency time
• Increase your total sleep time
• Improve sleep quality

DOSAGE

• To promote calm:

2 ml in the morning and 2 ml in the evening, in ½ glass of water.

• To promote sleep:

4 ml in the evening, in ½ glass of water.

The dropper is dosed at 2 ml. Therefore, to withdraw 2 ml fill it 1 time, to withdraw 4 ml fill it 2 times. At a maximum dosage, one vial lasts 15 days.

There are numerous products marketed in Italy containing Valeriana officinalis. Some are registered as medicinal products, others as supplements, depending on the daily dosage.
