NOCTAVAL CM DROPS - Food Supplement
NOCTAVAL CM is a food supplement based on valerian root dry extract, melatonin and lime inflorescence. Valerian is useful in states of nervous tension. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep.
Useful to promote natural sleep and to alleviate the effects of jet lag, the simultaneous presence of these three components allows NOCTAVAL CM to promote sleep induction (thanks to the presence of melatonin and inflorescence lime) and to improve the quality of sleep (thanks to the presence of valerian).
Ingrediants
Water, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root and rhizome) dry extract titrated at 0.8% in valerenic acids, linden (Tilia platyphyllos Scop., Flowers) dry extract titrated at 1% in total flavonoids, preservative: potassium sorbate; flavor, acidifier: citric acid; melatonin, sweetener: sucralose.

How to use
To promote natural sleep: take 4 ml just before bedtime, diluted in half a glass of water.
To alleviate the effects of jet lag: take 2 ml (which provide 0.5 mg of melatonin), just before bedtime, diluted in half a glass of water, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at your destination.
Shake the bottle well before use.
