Property
Carcinine is more stable than carnosine, it is not attacked by the carnosinase enzyme, nor is it converted to histidine. It is rapidly assimilated, resistant to gastric pH, skin, serum and tissue peptidases. It has a longer duration in the body, allowing to improve its effectiveness against the application.
