A complete line of certified organic seaweed hand-harvested in Europe and dried at low temperatures. All references are guaranteed gluten-free. Nori (Porphyra spp) is a red-purple marine algae, harvested by hand and dried at low temperature (within 38C°). Cartilaginous consistency and crustacean and typically smoked flavour. It is used rehydrated and added as an ingredient in the cooking of: soups, stews, croquettes, omelettes, pasta, rice, couscous.
