Food supplement based on melatonin. Melatonin taken shortly before bedtime at a dose of 1 mg contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep.
Ingrediants
Water, fructose, melatonin, inulin from (Cichorium intybus L.) powder tit. 90% inulin; preservative: potassium sorbate; thickener: xanthan gum; acidifier: citric acid; flavor.

How to use
It is recommended to take 0.2 ml (4 drops) of the product before going to bed. Shake well before use.
