Arbianogalactan from larch bark; casing: gelatin; stabilizer: cellulosamicrocrystalline; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate; talc; lactobacillus acidophilus dsm 17742 (on corn starches); bacillus coagulans MTCC5260 (suamido maltodextrin); lactobacillus rhamnosus dsm 21690 (on corn starch); zinc oxide; niacin (nicotinamide); vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin; mannitol); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); vitamin B2 (riboflavin); vitamin B1 (dithiamine hydrochloride).

How to use
1-2 capsules a day, preferably between meals.
