Gel insole

Anatomic insole with active gel for the stimulation of the venous sponge of the plantar arch, which improves venous return and lymphatic drainage, relieves heaviness and soreness of the feet and legs.

It helps blood circulation and helps prevent varicose veins. Can be used at work, in sport and in free time as a natural anti-fatigue remedy, as an alternative to drugs.

Suitable for everyone, especially diabetics, people with varicose veins and circulatory problems, pregnant women, the elderly, overweight people; anyone subjected to long walks or long periods of standing.

How to use :

• Clean the shoes and make sure there are no nails or sharp protrusions.
• Place the insoles with the fabric side up.
• Each insole has two sizes, cut the toe to fit the smaller size provided.

In the first two weeks of use you may feel slight muscle pain and slight dizziness; it is therefore recommended to proceed with a gradual use:

• day 1-2, 1 / 2-1 hour a day;
• day 3-4, 1-3 hours a day;
• day 5-6, 3-5 hours a day;
• day 7-8, 5-7 hours a day;
• day 9-10, 9-10 hours a day;
• day 11-12, 11-14 hours a day.
